At RishVeda Divine & Spirituals, we believe that spirituality should be reflected not only in the products we
offer, but also through compassion and responsible action. As part of this commitment, RishVeda contributes
Rs. 10 towards Gau Seva (cow welfare) for every eligible order successfully delivered through our
website.

1. Contribution Amount
For every eligible order successfully delivered to a customer, RishVeda will earmark Rs. 10 per order towards
Gau Seva. For example, if 1,000 eligible orders are successfully delivered during a period, RishVeda will
earmark Rs. 10,000 towards Gau Seva.
2. Eligible Orders
The contribution will apply to orders that have been successfully delivered and that are not subsequently
cancelled, fully refunded or fully returned. Cancelled orders, failed deliveries, Return to Origin (RTO) orders,
fraudulent orders and fully returned/refunded orders will ordinarily not qualify.
3. No Additional Charge to Customers
The Gau Seva contribution is borne entirely by RishVeda from its own funds. It is not an additional charge to
the customer and should not be shown on the customer invoice as a donation collected from the customer.
4. Use of Contributions
Amounts earmarked under this initiative may be contributed periodically towards genuine cow-welfare activities,
including food and fodder, veterinary care and medicines, shelter and maintenance, rescue and rehabilitation,
support to Gaushalas or other organisations engaged in cow welfare, and other directly related Gau Seva
activities.
5. Frequency of Contribution
RishVeda may aggregate the earmarked amounts and remit them monthly, quarterly or at another reasonable
interval determined by the business. The contribution therefore need not be transferred individually at the time
each order is placed.
6. Transparency and Records
RishVeda will maintain internal records of eligible delivered orders, the amount earmarked, payments made and
supporting documents. Where practicable, RishVeda may periodically publish the amount contributed and/or
details of Gau Seva activities supported.
7. Tax Deduction Disclaimer
The Rs. 10 contribution is made by RishVeda and not by the customer. Accordingly, a customer should not
claim a tax deduction merely because a purchase was made from RishVeda. Any tax benefit available to
RishVeda in respect of a contribution will depend on the status of the recipient, applicable law and supporting
documentation.
8. Nature and Modification of Initiative
The Gau Seva initiative is a voluntary social and spiritual initiative of RishVeda and does not constitute a
separate product or service purchased by the customer. RishVeda may review or modify this policy, the
contribution amount or implementation mechanism from time to time, while appropriately accounting for
amounts already earmarked under the applicable policy.
